Yoga Live Joanna at Healthy Altitudes

Join us for a 30 minute total body stretching session. Plan to loosen those muscles you work hard on the other days of the week and with a 30 minute class, you still have time to go outside and do more. This is a great supplement to the other classes offered in the mornings:

Total Stretch- Wednesdays at 8:15 AM

Total Body- Tuesdays/Thursdays 9 AM

Back to Basics 

Fridays 6:30-7:15 AM

This package for 8 classes will enable you to join online classes on:

  • Tuesdays and Thursdays at 9-9:40 AM
  • Wednesdays Total Body Stretch 8-8:40 AM
  • Fridays Back to Basics 6:30-7:15 AM
  • Special Monthly Clinics and Events (1-2 per month)

Each class is 9 dollars (credits). The class length will be 40 minutes and include some body-weight exercises, band exercises, and dumbbell exercises… of course it will also include smiles, fun facts, and good people. We will have ways for you to Be Active, Eat Well, and Stay Happy Right at home and …For Your Life ™
