Chickpea Delight aka Hummus Recipe

Chickpea Delight Hummus (about 10 minutes)

This is a great addition to anything, well maybe except with ketchup. It is easy to add whatever you like to your hummus. Garlic, olives, peppers, spices, herbs and more can easily be added when you are in the process of mixing everything together. The alternative is to add seasoning at the end as a garnish. High in protein, fiber, good fats, and flavor but low in time to make.

2  can no salt garbanzo beans

2 Tbsps olive oil

1/2 cup tahini

1.5 tsp salt

1/3 cup lemon juice

3 cloves garlic

Sprinkle of paprika

Directions: Mix up all ingredients in blender but save some olive oil and seasoning or paprika garnish for the finishing touch
